Earley & Associates is an Information Technology Consulting firm with more than 25 years of Telecommunications and IT experience. We are equally skilled with managing both Voice and Data projects. We are based in Southern California and our practice is global as required. This experience includes knowledge gained from employment with Telephone Companies and as Corporate IT Managers. This experience includes projects which have selected and installed over 300 PBX's with Voice Mail, ACD Systems and Software, IVR, Nationwide Virtual Networks, T-1 and T-3 network interfaces, Centrex, Advanced 800/888 features, CTI, LAN’s, etc. We have also been involved with projects to evaluate, select and implement Customer Service Support systems to improve call flows, Frame Relay networks, Switches, Hubs, Routers, CMOS computers, RAID 1 DASD, and Redundant Fiber Optic Rings for alternate access to CO's and POP's.

Having managed the Telecommunications, PC/LAN Services, Computer Operations and Network Control departments within several industry sectors, we have gained the experience necessary to manage extensive re-engineering projects. This experience has given us extensive expertise within the entire LAN/WAN arena from desktop to end to end circuit design. We have the expertise and the resources to add value to your project efforts.

Also noteworthy is our Voice experience with Call Center Systems such as Lucent's CMS, Northern Telecom's Meridian Max, Aspect's extensive suite of products and services, plus IVR systems from Periphonics, Granada, Syntellect, Lucent and others. We have planned, designed and implemented call centers systems to support in excess of 400 agents. Paramount to the success of a call center is the clarity of the overall mission. The appropriate technology is then applied to support well-defined customer service and satisfaction objectives.
